A mysterious black box that once inside will help attendees unlock customer insights. Each attendee received a pair of red glasses to “de-code” the insights of customers found in secret message graphics on the booth walls. Designed and produced in collaboration with Persuasion Arts for the Customer Insights Group of Lowes.
